1) Ryan was sweeping his living room with a broom and he wanted to make it easier to clean the hall

2)Ryan saw an advertisement on Youtube and wanted to do more research on it. 

3) Celine googled the cleaning robot on the ad. 

4) Celine used ChatGPT to find out the different functions of  the robot, with the prompt "give me the different functions of a cleaning robot" 

5) Ryan and Celine watched Youtube videos of how the robot works and its features 

7) Celine read reviews on platforms such as reddit. 

8) Ryan read some reviews on Rtings.com and amazon.com

9) Upon research on website, we discovered that there are different  reviews on different surfaces. 

6) Ryan and Celine discussed about the pros and cons of the system.
