  Module: In the beginning of the module, I mentioned one main communication weakness that I wanted to work on which was my public speaking abilities in that I speak too fast when I am nervous. I wanted to work on this skill because I understand how important it is in the real world from organizing and expressing my ideas in front of people to the frequent conversations we have with others and how they can positively or negatively affect the overall message that I am trying to convey. This module has helped me to improve on my communication skills and build my confidence. All the times Prof Brad called upon me to read in-front of the whole class really helps.   1)I used gAI to do research on Electronic Identification cards. 2) I wrote the section on the existing RFID readers that our SIT laboratories. 3) I wrote the section on how our solution would benefit the Students and Staff. (Section 3)  4) I did the  Evaluation section of the report where I state  the evaluation of the proposed solution of implementing RFID technology into our SIT Laboratories. Despite the benefits of the proposed solution, I discussed the challenges of implementation. 5) I collaborated with Kawi do the proposed solution section.

Professors, lecturers and Educators of Engineering need to have the charisma and the communication skills to be able to impart their knowledge and the learning material in a way that is engaging and that inspires the future generations of Engineers to strive to be better than the generations who came before them. Communication Skills are also integral for engineers to work efficiently, collaborate effectively and ensure the success of their projects.
